Ingredients:
16 oz cream cheese (room temp)
1/4 c green pepper (chopped finely)
2 Tbsp chopped green onion
1 Tbsp Lawrys seasoned salt
1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 cup chopped pecans
Mix 3/4 cup pecans in cheese ball. Roll cheese ball in remaining 1/4 cup pecans. Refridgerate. Serve with Ritz crackers.
