Poppyseed Chicken

OK, I know this is a popular dish, and yet, so appreciated when received.   Make sure you "comment" what you do differently for your version.  This is my kids' absolute favorite meal!

4 large chicken breasts, cooked and cut-up (or 1 rotisserie chicken cut-up)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz container light sour cream
40 Ritz crackers crushed
2 TB poppyseeds
1/4 c. butter melted

Preheat oven to 350.  Mix chicken, soup, sour cream together and pour into 9 x 13 pan.

Mix crushed crackers, poppyseeds and butter and spread over top of chicken mixture.  Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
